The menu? “Inspired by early settlers and I promise bison will be on the menu,” says Chef Brad Smoliak, who has created the dinners to showcase this jewel of a park that is just over a half hour from downtown Edmonton. Take a look back at photos from last year’s Elk Island dinners.

Tickets are $150/person plus GST, and include admission to the Park, an Elk Island interpretive experience and a family-style dinner, paired local craft beers and lovely wines. There are 24 spots available for each dinner. All Elk Island KITCHEN dinners are private, ticketed events. The general public is not permitted.
You can also book your own private dinner party in Elk Island National Park with Chef Brad. A minimum of 12 people is required.
