Corey MeyerWho’s ready for a little KITCHEN time with Butcher Corey Meyer of ACME Meat Market and Chef Brad Smoliak?

In this cooking class, Corey Meyer will share his insider secrets on meat cuts, what to grill and how to get the most out of your BBQ this summer. Chef Brad will share his techniques and how-to’s on marinades, mops and sauces for different types and cuts of meat. Together, we’ll help you raise the bar on your grilling this season. To top it off, you’ll enjoy beverages from Alley Kat Brewery in Edmonton and Red Cup Distillery from Vegreville.

We’ve got two classes to choose from:

Wednesday, June 8th – starting at 6:30pm

Wednesday, June 22th – starting at 6:30pm

Tickets for this class are $135 per person plus GST, which includes tasting all of the food and beverages. And you get to take home the recipes. These spots go quickly and each class runs 3 to 3.5 hours.
