Join me and my wife Leanne as we host an 8-day River Cruise along the Rhine River from October 18 to 27, 2017.
The cruise will start in Basel, Switzerland and sail up the Rhine River and end in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
I’ve been very fortunate to meet a lot of winemakers and food artisans throughout Europe. During our cruise, we’ll meet, taste and sip with some of the best this region has to offer. I promise this river cruise and trip will be a memorable and unique food and wine experience.

Don’t have time for a three hour cooking class, or don’t want to give up your evenings or any part of a weekend?
How about Express KITCHEN Cooking Class?
An Express Cooking Class runs two hours, and serves up a three course meal any Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoon between October and December 16, 2016. You bring yourself and 7 colleagues, team mates or good friends. Chef Brad will teach you how to make a starter, entree and dessert – and you’ll eat all three courses for lunch during that class, and wash it down with a glass of wine.
Our Express Cooking Classes are a great alternative to the typical office holiday get together or lunch. We take lunch and learn and the office holiday party to a whole new level.
We have several themes/cuisines/menus to choose from (due to the shortened time frame, some restrictions apply). Your lunch comes with a glass of wine, recipes and the always valuable KITCHEN tips and tricks from Brad.
The cost is $50 per person, plus GST. Express cooking classes are only available on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday afternoons until December 16th, 2016. Booking an Express Cooking Class requires a minimum of 8 people and a maximum of 10 people.

January means one thing to me and my family: Ukrainian Christmas, the last celebration of the festive season.
At KITCHEN, we receive numerous requests for cooking classes to learn how to prepare Ukrainian food. In response, this January we are inviting you to embrace your inner Baba and join us at KITCHEN for one of our Ukrainian cooking classes.
You will learn how to prepare a few straight up, traditional dishes, and I’ll teach you how to make a few other Ukrainian gems that have a slight “KITCHEN twist”. This this class, you will learn how to make (and leave with all the recipes for): perogies, nalysknky, nachynka, “Ukrainian gravy”, cabbage rolls, bigos (a hunter’s stew), and a honey hazelnut torte.
Ukrainian food is social so round up a few friends and join us for one of these 4 classes:

Preparing for holiday entertaining, the BIG DAY, potlucks and cookie exchanges doesn’t have to cause you kitchen stress. Join me for this cooking class and learn the tricks, tips and secrets I have picked up over the years for making holiday meal planning (whether it’s for Christmas or any other time of the year) a whole lot easier and hassle-free.
In this cooking class, you will learn my tips for easy turkey roasting, brining the bird, make ahead gravy (that doesn’t come from a package), savoury bread puddings, how to get people to eat their vegetables, pumpkin cream brulee, wine suggestions for the big meal and more.
You will taste and sip your way through this class, and you will leave excited and ready for the holiday season.

Come join us, Enotri Wines and two incredible winemakers on Friday, August 26th for wine and summer snacking on the patio.
Andreas Bender creates wines in the Mosel region of Germany and he is well known at KITCHEN. This forward thinking young winemaker will have you appreciate these uniquely styled German wines for the first time, or all over again.
Not only will you meet and talk with these two winemakers and sample their different styles of wines, but you’ll also enjoy an informal roof top patio setting in downtown Edmonton and great summer snacks cooked up by KITCHEN. Brad will be firing up the grill to showcase the incredible produce and goodies from the City Market Downtown on 104th Street.
