Dip into summer wine & market food

Join me and we will cook up a market frenzy, as I show you how to prepare locally grown and produced foods, and how you can pair those dishes with some great summer wines that are a little lighter but with max flavor.  Think German Pinot Noir paired with some fish, or an Italian Rose with tender Alberta beef or pork, or maybe an Okanagan white with some great locally inspired appetizers.

There are two dates for this KITCHEN cooking class:

Saturday, July 12 at 12:30pm, or
Tuesday, July 15th at  6:30pm

Flavours of Spain

SangriaImagine a chilled glass of sangria on the deck paired with a plate of fideos. Paella with vermicelli pasta. Quail with sherry and raisins. Lamb with pomegranate sauce.
