All about Meat!

kitchen_by_brad_DSC_7146In this class, you will eat and learn everything you need to know about meat: how to roast, braise, stew and pan fry chicken, beef, pork and lamb. Brad will share his recipes and secrets behind each of these methods, and some easy to prepare sauces and condiments that can be added to your culinary repertoire.

Classes are 3-3.5 hours in length. You have your choice of two “All about Meat” classes:

 Tuesday, February 10th at 6:30pm

 Saturday,  February 21th at 12:30pm

The cost is $135 per person, plus GST.

 

Pan-Asian Cuisine

Take a trip around the globe and see how spices and heat influence different Asian cultures and cuisines. You’ll taste and learn from Chef Brad how to make Indian butter chicken, Korean chili, Thai shrimp cakes, Vietnamese roasted chicken and Nasi Goreng.

Classes are 3-3.5 hours in length. You have your choice of two “Pan-Asian” classes:

Tuesday, February 24th at 6:30 pm

Saturday, February 28th at 12:30 pm

The cost is $135 per person, plus GST.

As always, if there is a specific cooking class you’d like to participate in, all you need is 8 people and we’d be pleased to arrange a private cooking class for you.
