Brunch

Along with Spring comes Easter and Mother’s Day…..all of which make me think of Brunch, or late breakfast, as I like to call it.  What better way to ring in the season of fresh by learning how to make lemon ricotta pancakes, rugelach, bacon vodka caesars, bacon leek gouda bread pudding with poached eggs, halibut caponata and a lovely chopped salad.

Go Greek

In my youth, I was fortunate to live in Greece for almost a year. If you have the opportunity to travel to this amazing country, do it! Every island is different, offering endless culinary inspiration.

In this cooking class, I will share my experiences and adventures on the island of Kalymnos, and teach you the dishes I learned to cook while I was there. Get ready for Spanakopita, Greek style lamb, squid and beans, chicken stefado, Kalymnian mussels, Greek yogurt, figs and orange honey syrup. Good food, good wine and of course, a good shot of Ouzo.
