Let’s Do Brunch!
With spring on the way and Mother’s Day in May, why not sharpen your brunch skills with a cooking class at KITCHEN featuring Chef Tracy.
This cooking class will teach you some fun twists on brunch staples. Crepes filled with chocolate and nuts, Brie and fruit-stuffed French toast, vegetarian eggs benedict with basil hollandaise, and bacon asparagus quiche. To finish off, Tracy will whip up banana spring rolls with rum caramel sauce.

From the Sea
In this cooking class, you’ll learn from Chef Brad how prepare fish and shellfish from the world’s oceans.
We’ll make Icelandic cold water Arctic char, pan-seared with grainy mustard beurre blanc. Also on the menu will be scampi risotto, pan-seared scallops with polenta, cod with sofrito and sausage. We will cap off the class by making a light panna cotta with berries.
