Whether you use a charcoal or gas grill, come down to KITCHEN and we’ll show you how to get ready for a great night of grilling. What should you do before you throw your meat on the grill? How can you decide what meats and sides grill up best? And we all know you need some great sipping alongside your grilling. We’ll get you ready with cocktail recipes featuring Eau Claire Distillery and Alley Kat Brewing Company.
During this cooking class, you will learn how to make bbq ribs – low and slow with a dry rub, a grilled Mexican style skirt steak, pan roasted spatchcock chicken (backbone removed so it lays flat on the grill), cedar planked arctic char, pannacotta with berries, and one great potato salad.

Tickets are $145/person, plus GST, which includes food and wine/beverage pairings and all the recipes. These spots go quickly and each class runs 3 to 3.5 hours.
