It has been a crazy September for us and many people, so we are a little late in getting up our fall class list but here it is!

Kids are back in school, leaves are changing, and soon we begin my favourite season of the year – entertaining season!

We have three different class offerings over the next 3 months. If any of these dates don’t work for you, grab 7 friends and we can do a private class for you (space permitting).


Retro Open House Cooking Class

You will learn how to make some of the classics from the 60’s and 70’s, with a little updating and KITCHEN twist, of course. Learn to make Swedish meatballs, deviled eggs, aspic salad, tasty sausage rolls, cheese log and more.

You can join us for this class on one of four dates:

  • Saturday, October 21 — 12:30 pm start

  • Saturday, November 11 — 12:30 pm start

  • Saturday, December 2 — 12:30 pm start

  • Saturday, December 16 — 12:30 pm start

Tickets are $145/person, plus GST, which includes food and wine/beverage pairings and all the recipes. These spots go quickly and each class runs 3 to 3.5 hours. There is a maximum of 8 people per class.

Holiday Baking Cooking Class

Chef Tracy has some tricks up her sleeve and she’s ready to show you how to create great holiday baking and sweets to have around the house when company pops in during the holidays. In this class, you will learn to make bacon pop tarts (a KITCHEN specialty), gougers or cream puffs, mini quiches, chocolate truffles and bark, caramels and more.

We’ve got this class running on three different dates:

  • Saturday, October 14— 12:30 pm start

  • Saturday, November 4 — 12:30 pm start

  • Saturday, November 25 — 12:30 pm start

Tickets are $145/person, plus GST, which includes food and wine/beverage pairings and all the recipes. Each class runs 3 to 3.5 hours, and tickets sell fast. There is a maximum of 8 people per class.

Chef Secrets for the Holidays- UPDATE: SOLD OUT!

This is a class we do every holiday season because we get so many requests for it, and every class sells out quickly.

In this cooking class, we will share our KITCHEN tips and secrets for easy, carefree holiday entertaining. You will learn the easy peasy way to roast a turkey, and we’ll make egg nog, a port Stilton soup, creme brulee, a winter inspired salad, a pear rosemary tart and more.

Get ready for the holidays and join us for this class on one of three dates:

  • Saturday, October 28— 12:30 pm start

  • Saturday, November 18— 12:30 pm start

  • Saturday, December 9 — 12:30 pm start
