Is there anything better than coming home from a day of skiing to find dinner already warm, inviting, and ready to serve? February is the perfect month to explore all the winter activities Alberta has to offer, and we have the perfect dishes to warm your soul after a long day.

Join KITCHEN as we show you how to prepare Beef Bourguignon, cheddar and ale soup, pork shanks with beans, a chicken curry, and more. Whether skiing in the mountains, or exploring our Winter City these dishes are easy to leave bubbling away, or to make ahead and simply reheat. Join us on the following dates:

  • February 8, 2018 – 6:30 Start SOLD OUT

  • February 13, 2018 – 6:30 Start

  • February 17, 2018 – 12:30 Start

  • February 21, 2018 – 6:30 Start SOLD OUT

  • February 24, 2018 – 12:30 Start

Tickets are $145/person, plus GST, which includes food and wine/beverage pairings and all the recipes. Each class has a maximum of 8 people and runs 3-3.5 hours. These classes sell out quickly, so book today!
