Summer is grilling season!
Prepare yourself for summer! In June, Kitchen has partnered with our friendly neighbourhood butcher, Corey, from Acme Meats, to teach a cooking class all about the in’s and out’s of grilling. First, learn your way around some common cuts of meat, how to prepare them for the grill, and some do’s and don’t to make this your best summer season yet.
With tips from Corey, and recipe’s from KITCHEN, you’ll be impressing all your neighbours with your Mongolian lamb, chicken thigh kebabs, your own hand-made pastrami, and more. Join KITCHEN on the following dates:
Tuesday, May 29 – 6:30 PM Start
Saturday, June 9 – 12:30 PM Start
Wednesday, June 13 – 6:30 PM Start
Monday, June 18 – 6:30 PM Start
Tickets are $145/person, plus GST, which includes food and wine/beverage pairings and all the recipes. Each class has a maximum of 8 people and runs 3-3.5 hours. These classes sell out quickly, so book today!
