In our cooking class running this April and May, we are exploring these Alberta food staples along with cooking techniques to highlight their wonderful flavors. We will also touch on the importance of these foods in our province’s history and why consumers still love them today.
Join Chef Tracy as together we explore Alberta’s food landscape, paired with Alberta beers and spirits (of course!).
In this class we will be creating:
- bison barley meatballs
- potato and cheddar perogies
- roasted root vegetables
- BBQ beer braised brisket
- Saskatoon berry crostata
- And more!
There are three classes to choose from, with each class running three hours:
Saturday, April 27th — 12:30 pm start
Saturday, May 11th — 12:30 pm start SOLD OUT
Saturday, May 18th — 12:30 pm start
Your ticket includes tasting all of the food, wine pairings, instruction and all of the recipes to take home. The cost is $145 per person, plus GST
