It has been nearly 5 years since Chef Tracy cooked brunch at Café de Ville and she misses it.
So Tracy has decided to revive a few of her brunch favorites for this KITCHEN Pop-Up Brunch on Saturday, August 10th.
On the menu….
Eggs Benedict: The brunch classic with back bacon, hollandaise and fresh baked brioche.
Veggie Eggs Benny: Eggs and sautéed vegetables on fresh brioche with a basil cream sauce.
Kinish: Mashed potato with cheese, wrapped in our in-house puff pastry and served with crème fraiche.
Polenta souffle: Cornmeal baked in cream with spinach, garlic, cheese and herbs, served in a mushroom ragout.
Waffles: Whole wheat waffle with whipped cream and seasonal fruit compote.
When: Saturday, August 10th
Time: 11:00 am to 1:00 pm (you can come for brunch any time during this window)
Tickets: $18.00 plus GST, with only 20 tickets available
