Two different classes for you this fall:

Ukrainian Farmhouse Cooking Class
There are lots of “fad” diets and menus out there these days. What is Chef Brad Smoliak’s eating regime?  He follows what he calls the “Gido diet”. Gido is Ukrainian for grandfather, and as you know, Brad is full-on Ukrainian with his heritage and his cooking. While Brad doesn’t have grandkids yet, the Gido in him means eating whatever you want as long as you make it yourself.

In this class, you will learn to make Ukrainian farmhouse cuisine:

  • dill pickle soup
  • borsch
  • roasted “cabbage roll” vegetables
  • grilled ribs with lemon fenugreek vinaigrette
  • whey roasted chicken
  • a yummy almond pastry

The class will be held on:

Saturday, October 19th: 12:30pm to 3:30pm

Tickets are $145 plus GST and there are only 8 spots available. Your ticket includes tasting all of the food, wine pairings, instruction and all of the recipes to take home.
