Once upon a time, Chef Tracy cooked brunch at Café de Ville. We know many of you loved this brunch so we are bringing a version of it back to KITCHEN on Saturday, September 21.
Grab a partner, buy a ticket and get ready to enjoy….
Eggs Benedict: Two eggs poached medium, served on in-house made brioche with back bacon and topped with hollandaise
Veggie Benny: Sauteed onions, peppers, carrots and spinach with poached eggs on brioche and topped with a basil cream sauce
Polenta Souffle: Baked eggs, cornmeal, cream, spinach and cheese with KITCHEN’s own “Ukrainian Gravy”
Perogies and Sausage: Irving Farm fresh sausage with our house-made potato cheddar perogies, served with our crème fraiche
Stuffed French Toast: With brie, seasonal fresh fruit and served with maple syrup
DATE: Saturday, September 21st, with two seatings to choose from….
Arrive between 11:00am and 11:30am and dine with us until 12:30pm (90 minute time allowance)
Arrive between 12:30pm and 1:00 pm and dine with us until 2:00pm (also a 90 minute time allowance)
Tickets: $18.00 plus GST, with only 18 tickets available for each seating.
