Get ready for it with Chef Brad and his Holiday Do-Ahead Cooking Class. Chef Brad will show you how to make a festive dinner where most of the work is done ahead of time, and it is guaranteed to impress the in-laws.
In this class, you will learn to make:
Spinach, squash and leek gratin, with creamy cheese and crunchy topping
Stuffing (so you will never, ever buy the boxed stuff again). It’s easy to make the day before and you can cook separately from your turkey
Market vegetables tossed with chardonnay butter sauce
Dry rubbed turkey breast
Pumpkin crème brule with warm gingerbread cookies
Classes are three hours, running from 12:30pm to 3:30pm, and you have three dates to choose from:

There are only 8 spots per class and the cost is $145 per person plus GST, which includes instruction, food tastings, wine pairings and all of the recipes to take home.
