Pan-fried potato pancakes with creme fraiche, house-cured salmon

Stuffed with spiced ground beef & pork, rich tomato sauce
Blintzes
Little crepes with sweetened cheese, mixed berries. Perfect for Easter brunch!
Chicken Paprikash
Braised chicken with rich paprika gravy
Classes will run Saturdays in March from 12:30 – 3:30 PM. Tickets are $145/person, plus GST, which includes food and wine/beverage pairings and all the recipes. Each class has a maximum of 8 people and runs 3-3.5 hours. These classes sell out quickly, so book today!
