KITCHEN works with a variety of unique venues to deliver a series of Alberta-rich dining experiences. Chef Brad Smoliak transports his KITCHEN to the venue and prepares a long table dinner on site. The menu is always family style and includes flavours of the season, based around Alberta’s signature foods. Each dinner includes wine pairings.

Past long table dinners include Elk Island Dinners where seasonal dishes including Alberta bison was prepared and served in beautiful Elk Island National Park. Dinner was served on a knoll with a perfect view of the sunset over Astotin Lake. We also hosted Red Table Dinners, where we welcomed Francesca Dal Cero for a winemaker’s dinner at the rustic Red Barn. The Dal Cero family wines were paired with a family style dinner prepared by Chef Brad Smoliak and Chef Steve Buzak from the Royal Glenora.
